Putting the Garden to Bed

Well, it was a good growing season, but it's beginning to wind down. Nights are cooler and the rainy weather has returned. I've chopped up the last of the beans and corn, and covered most of the plot up with burlap (free from the Magonlia Nursery). Most fall crop of peas has been a success. This is the first time I have ever been able to grow fall edibles. So, I get to harvest a modest crop of peas. Also, my cyclamen cilicium is blooming.
